Very sturdy, heavy duty flatbed dolly. The turning wheels were on the front making turns awkward. I switched the front wheels to the back (handle end) which made the dolly MUCH easier to steer. I'm very happy with the dolly and a little surprised at how heavy it is. Very good purchase.

Box arrived late and damaged, thus damaging the cross bar on the cart. I needed the cart that day, so I’m living with it.Would I purchase this again? Nope. Customer service was great, but the cart just isn’t build to last.

I have had one of these carts for many years to move pots of plants around. It has become an outdoors cart. I was happy to see these carts still existed because I wanted a clean new one to use in the house to move bags of groceries and packages from my garage down a long hallway. The cart arrived with the wheels having to be installed, requiring a wrench (which I did not have). Easy enough to tighten the screws with pliers however.

Great Purchase, but.... It's the accessory we didn't know we needed! We just moved from a house to a multi-story condo, and this dolly has been great for the move, and it's also come in handy for moving heavier everyday items from the car to our upstairs condo. I don't know if the one I purchased is faulty, but my only issue is the inability to refold it, which limits where I can store it.
