First off I am slow to respond and surprised by the customer service. Took me a while to fit them to my 1993 Acura Vigor. Yes its a 31 year old car. The seats look really good in the car. The passenger seat broke. Would not come back up after reclining. Drivers side still works perfectly. I sent a message through Amazon asking for help explaining the problem and asking for a replacement part. I'm pretty handy and feel I could have fixed it myself. Anyway a bunch of missed emails. My fault. I get a lot of junk messages. Someone from the company with a phone number ending in xx56 called me a few times. I missed the calls. Then they sent me text messages when I did not respond on Amazon messages or phone calls. Wow what follow up! They asked me to send them a video of the problem. Turns out I could not have repaired the car seat so they send me a new car seat!!!
