After assembly the limit switch on the “Z” axes hit against the frame and would not engage. Had to move it forward and hold it on with only one screw so the limit switch would not hit the frame. After that the software does not work correctly. To date I have not got software to work.I bought an overgrown paper weight.

It's a great starter cnc. There are a lot of upgrade options, the manufacturer doesn't matter. This one is perfect for small quick jobs. It's a good way to learn. I bought this one and built a 1m by 1m for large projects (totally different drive) from what I learned.

It looks super cool i had big plans for it once i got it i realized it needs a total make over to actually complete the tasks it was made for tech support is a joke I told them exactly what I needed the program and the driver After a long waiting game They Message me back These exact words "try downloading a user manual in English" omg like forreal i spent 45 minutes explaining exactly my issues and what i needed to fix it and thats what the replyed taking the time to contact tech support would show maybe im a little past reading the 7 pages of user manual that was in the box but ok so this user manual u want me to download is there a link where dobi find this download because not even google seems to be able to locate it so how about a link wow so totally over tech support in the box they sent me a useless flash drivewich included half the files i needed to install the program to use it amd no drivers o and another user manual lmfao after 3 days of Google searching and reading forms i actually got it to work on windows 11 found older software and drivers and re wrote some of the code to get it working once its on and running it works great long as u dont close it if u make that mistake it crashes trying to reopen and you get to un zip insert your modified linecode and re install so day 4 now i can actually use it set up a simple cad converted it into a tap file then up loaded it into there gcode software sent it to the printer and bit started cutting i got a whole 15 seconds amd click click click shafts slipping coupple hrs of fiddling and bandaided that till another $85 dollar Billit z axis mech comes it day 6 take 2 finally cutting some would and made it a whole 40 mins motors not sounding so good looseing rpms amd snap there goes a bit axis moves but bits not keeping up so mikita palm router and brackits on the way lol moral of the story just save your money up a little bit get a better quality one because your not saving a dime cheeping out probably spending more and 5x the headache unless you like a challenge These are supposed to be for beginners I feel like I haven't even begun yet I'm on day 8 With the CNC aspect Still dealing with the damn machine 1st I'm sure there's gonna be a couple more items good luck
