Nice cable but too long. Buy this: GM Genuine Parts 14049540 Parking Brake Cable Equalizer $8.97 and make a little bracket off the transmission crossmember. This takes up the extra slack and looks pretty neat. Old cable was too long and someone put a GM Genuine Parts 14049540 Parking Brake Cable Equalizer $8.97 f the front cable including some old lug nuts. Old cars get some “rigged” fixes over their lifetime!
