I teach 7th grade. These were too small for most of my students, so I returned them for larger ones from another retailer. These would be ideal for students up to age 9 or 10.

These whisper phones work well for younger children. They love to use them for whisper reading. Older children will need a large size, but these work perfect for k-3rd grade.

These are great little whisper phones. They’re simple, sturdy and easy to clean. My K students love using them with our phonics lessons. Love that they came in a pack of 24–enough for each student to have one.Highly recommend!

I ordered these for my grade 2 immersion class. It allows them to read to themselves out loud during quiet reading time and makes it a bit more fun! They work beautifully and the students love them! Be sure to go over the expectations before giving them out because some students like to use them as horns.

My students have been arguing over the few Lakeshore whisper phones I have in my class. To avoid the arguing I made this purchase so ALL of my students can have their own whisper phone to keep in their book boxes. They LOVE them so much and although they are not as durable as my other phones, they do the job and have helped increase engagement and fluency!
