Does not come with brake drum rotors. My fault for not paying attention I guess. Other than that everything Ella’s is correct and in the box

All looks good. Came as 2 seperate packages. First one had shoes, spring kit, wheel cylinders but no drums. Drums arrived 2 days later. This was a UPS shipment and that was the problem. I previously thought they forgot to ship the drums and gave them an average review. This was a good transaction. Drums Made in Canada Id is 254.2 mm and max Id is 255.5 stamped on outside. All other parts made in China. Shoes have bonded linings. Park brake shoe lining is 6.0 mm and other shoe is 4.5 mm thick.

Amazon is correct and it did not fit my 97 jeep tj. I bought it because the pictures say it only fits 1997 jeep tj with 4 wheel abs etc. Which is what I have. But the drums are incorrect. Possibly the pads but they're in and working but the drums will not work. The drums in the picture are the correct ones with the thinner front face with a slight lip. The ones I received are for non abs and have the thick front face with no lip so the wheels do not mount correctly. Partly my fault since I bought it even tho Amazon said it wouldn't fit. But the review is for the product and the product says it does but it does not. So verify what style you have.

Fit was good, and quality was excellent. This is a fine value because it has the major parts needed for a complete brake job.

When installed, the brakes vibrate a lot. It looks that the drums were not well cut or balanced. Brake shoes and all hardware were new. Ordered another set of drums from other supplier and that fixed the problem.

This kit looked like a good deal, and the parts included seemed decent. The site said "This fits your Honda Fit" But they don't. It may be possible they fit other vehicles. But here's why they don't fit on the Honda Fit: I spent about 2 hours disassembling brakes and reassembling with new trying to get the shoe diameter small enough for the drum to fit over. After taking it all apart and comparing to a genuine part I realized why the drums would never go on over the shoes: The tapered bow-tie slot in the Shoe is too tight to allow full engagement of the Adjuster Yoke (See Pictures) . Yoke will only enter about half way before becoming jammed very tightly. Jammed so tight it's hard to pull back out. This means that the adjuster span (at smallest adjustment) plus shoes is too wide for the drum diameter. The yoke is pinched so tight at the narrow show opening that the brakes also can't float nicely since the yoke is pressed so tight it's rigid and doesn't pivot. The hole for the Parking Brake pivot is also too tight, and I had to hammer the pivot pin through. The pictures attached show a genuine part and that there is clearance to slide the yoke all the way forward, and it still has enough play to swivel up and down in the slot. The other picture shoes these parts and how the yoke jams halfway. If you are lucky and have a grinder or dremel tool you could probably open up the slot more, and even the pivot hole. Unfortunately I don't have these available, and really shouldn't need to modify purchased parts.
