Fit's the 2013 Honda Accord LX just fine, but you need to replace the bolts that hold it in place with smaller, M5 bolts (and washers). The OEM version has larger, maybe 1/4" flanged bolts that attach from the inside behind the trunk liner to a nut embedded in a plastic retainer on the trim piece. These bolts are too big to be threaded into the nuts that come with this aftermarket trim. Sourcing metric bolts are both expensive and a pain in the US.It's also worth noting, the OEM version comes with rubber moisture seal around the perimeter, this does not. So watch out for moisture getting behind it and into the trunk.

There is not a cutout for the button to open the trunk.

This item does not have an opening for the trunk opening button and will not fit on the said vehicle.
