This did nothing, my old one was submerged in water had corrosion but still unlocked trunk, this one didn't even do that. No way to contact seller there is zero customer support have to contact Amazon, total disappointment.

Our 2014 Cadillac SRX had the water intrusion issue in the spare wheel well, killing the liftgate module. This unit arrived quickly, installed quickly, and fixed the problem. I always use OEM parts, but why use a $300 part that will ultimately get submerged and ruined? I can buy ten of these for the same price of the OEM unit.Be sure to check all three liftgate fuses before ordering and installing the replacement module.

Our liftgate quit working suddenly. Found water in the lower access area. Drained the water and drill drain holes. Dried everything out and checked the gate fuses. Ordered and install this new part. Works perfect. Shipping here in Everett WA was one day

Easy installation. Great product. Everything works like it is supposed to!! Didn't need to be programed . Last one purchased for more money was total junk. This is the one I would recomend to everyone. PS, I'm not the owner of the manufactuer.
