When the back hinge broke on my Ford Escape I was afraid I'd have to pay a body shop place big money to fix it. But I found these affordable hinges on Amazon, watched a YouTube video an had the hinges changed myself in a short 15min. One of my best Amazon finds!

I liked the value, the package arriving on time, and without any damage. The rear window hinges were a great fit. Had to have an extra pair of hands to help get them installed but it was worth it. I installed them on a 2008 Ford Escape.

I installed these in my 2003 Escape after one of the factory hinges head corroded to the point in came apart. These were a perfect fit replacement, easily installed. The quality seems to be as good as what Ford had installed.

OEM hinges are around $90 each. Getting a set of aftermarket hinges for about 1/3 of that is a great deal. They fit just like the OEM hinges. The nuts that come with are a lesser quality so I used the original ones from my vehicle as they were still in decent shape. Other than that, well worth the money. Used on a 2009 Ford Escape

Hinges were easy to replace and are high quality. I watched a couple of YouTube videos to learn how to replace hinges and in 15 minutes the job was done! Don't waste your time and money at the dealership when you can do it yourself for less than 1/4 of their price and 15 minutes of your time. Great product that was an exact fit and easy to install. Keep in mind you will need a torx (star) bit for removal and install.

Perfect replacement part at a reasonable price when compared to OEM. The quality also seems on par with OEM. I did however reuse the nut from the OEM part as the attached washer on the OEM nut was much larger in diameter (see first image). I also painted the inside of the cast part as this like the OEM was not well painted and why the part corrodes and fail. Installation was very simple. No issues after 6 months on the car.

After watching a video on YouTube I decided to try to replace the hinges on my 2012 Ford Escape with the aid of my husband. I ordered the hinges and they came 2 days later. We (mainly my husband) just finished installing them, it took about an hour and a half to install. The most difficult issue was getting the support struts off and back on. We probably saved $300 or more so it was well worth it installing it ourselves. The hinges are as good if not better than the original hinges and went on perfectly. There is a lifetime warranty on the hinges so you can't go wrong, so glad we did it.
