I was a little skeptical about ordering parts but I am happy with them. Parts worked as designed items received as described. Will definitely order in the future or recommend to friends and family. So happy I was able to repair my water Softner system.

Not much to say. Water had salty taste. Used these to replace the parts in the softener. Worked.

Most people can probably do without the brine valve? And there are less costly ways to buy the parts that you most likely "really" need and have them still touted as being "genuine brand name" parts. Next time I am buying just the seals, that is, if I can find them sold all by themselves? But the re-build worked. Anybody who can read can do this fix by themselves. My mystery god-awful water bill came back down to earth immediately upon performing the servicing.

I live on a property with a well. We have VERY high iron content in our water and our Birm filter began to leak after a few years. I was nervous to take the Fleck 5600 head apart, but after doing it, I am glad I did. The head was FULL of iron. I cleaned everything, replaced the seals and spacers. Make sure you have a pick set. like this.. https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-6943-Precision-Pick-4-Piece/dp/B000NPPBQK/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=pick+set&qid=1613735604&sr=8-2 If you have high iron like I did, it was difficult to remove the spacers, so the picks saved the day. Now it is working great again... Took less than an hour in total, and that was the first time. Quick note, make sure you get the correct kit. That little spring valve has different heights, and it would be easy to get the wrong set. Mine was easy, because the main seal was the green one. Also, there is a little O ring under the spring valve. It is not part of the kit and I would recommend replacing that too. Good luck with your rebuild. At least you will know you are getting good parts. Thanks for your time.

The product was perfect. The seller was awesome. The lady that took my call was knowledgeable and very helpful. Kit worked perfectly and was cheaper than one part from the company I bought the system from. Shipping was amazingly fast. They have a new loyal customer.

Perfect fit for my digital Fleck softener. If you do this on your own, it's not that easy to find the right one for your softener. I may have lucked out with this kit, but it was a perfect fit and it is back to work, as when it was new.I wasn't sure, which type of grease should I use, and I have used a vacuum chamber grease.

I have a Fleck 5600se softener which I am rebuilding after 15 years of service.I removed the old piston, seals and spacers and installed the new ones. I even watched a YouTube video to make sure I was doing everything correctly. However, as soon as I got everything back together and pressurized the system water began leaking around the piston top. I disassembled and re-assembled the components 4 times with leaks each time. I called rainbow water treatment and was told I probably had a cracked valve body. I took the parts out again and put the old ones back into the valve body and pressurized the system, no leaks! The new parts appear to be the same dimensions as the old ones but for some reason do not work.
