This can opener is horrible. Has only opened 2/20 cans. Never makes it all the way around the can. Leaves metal shavings everywhere. It is SO loud.Love the rechargeable feature, but if it doesn’t open the cans, then that does you no good. Bought as a Christmas gift and can’t return for a refund. So disappointed

It worked once, and never again. It smashes flat the inside lip of the can, doesn’t cut the can, but then that makes it hard to open the can with my old fashioned crank can opener. Very unhappy, it was too expensive to just be junk.

Do NOT buy this item. Purchased 12/4/24 and it lasted about as long as the original charge. At the second or third can after the first charge it stopped standing up and just stopped running after a few seconds. The company doesn’t seem to offer any support for their products or even contact info.

Clips onto can edge but doesn’t open can as it goes around. Works on one in four cans. Still deciding if I want to return it.

I love an electric handheld can opener, but most of them go through batteries pretty quickly. When I found this rechargeable one, I knew immediately that I wanted to give it a try. It's been a useful tool in my kitchen, but it doesn't fit every can. I was worried the first time I tried to use it, because it went all wonky and didn't cut the can whatsoever. I tried it on three other cans, and it fit two of them. Thankfully, it did a great job opening those! It doesn't turn off automatically when the can is open, but neither did my battery-operated one. It runs for about a minute before it shuts off. It cuts the can cleanly and in a way that doesn't leave sharp edges very exposed. As long as you have a backup for the the occasional can that it won't open, I definitely recommend this rechargeable can opener!

I like that it is rechargeable and that it easily fits in a drawer, but I cannot figure out how to make it open a can. My husband got it to work twice. Usually it just cuts along the upper edge of the can and not the actual can so I end up having to use a manual can opener anyway. If I can get it to open a can, I would love it, but I just cannot figure out how to get it to work.
