Fits the saw nice but the pull rope is too small. Rope lasts about 50 pulls.

1st pull the recoil unit broke ,was unrepairable. Used the new plastic but had to use recoil unit from original I've been using for over 10yrs. If the plastic is what you needed then it'll work. My plastic had disintegrated so it worked since other parts swapped out.

The housing has plastic "slag" on it that wouldn't allow it to mount up to my saw. The overall quality of this clone part is about the lowest I've seen/it's 100% useless.

It fit the saw. Get the three bolts loosely on the threads before tightening down. Takes a bit of finesse to get it in place.

Changed this out with a pull string on a Stihl concrete saw that had lost tension in the spring of the pull start. Bolted it all up and on the first pull the knot pulled through the handle and ripped the handle off. Took it all apart and retied the knot myself the way that Stihl does it on the OEM replacements and it lasted 3 pulls before the string broke. Should have returned it but lost track of time and went past the 30 days. Went in the trash where it belongs and ended up just getting a replacement spring for the existing pull start assembly.
