This ended up being the perfect size for my chihuahua. Was just able to get the bag with her ashes inside.If you're going to keep the ashes inside the plastic bag (how I received them), and your fur baby was bigger than a standard apple head chihuahua. You probably should go with a bigger size. If you intend to pour the ashes inside you could probably could get the ashes of a fur baby the size of two apple head chihuahuas inside.It's the hole in the top that makes the difference. Keeping the ashes in the bag provides just enough space to get the bag inside.The quality is there though, and it's cute for your fur baby to rest in.

Very sad to be buying this, but glad it’s great quality. Very heavy and solid. Nice tight close on the lid too. This is a great value for your money. The performance is great as it’s solid. The appearance is exactly like the photos!

This little urn was big enough to hold the remains of my 4lb ferret without any leftover. Any bigger that and you'll want to go up a size.It is a really solid piece, has nice weight and feels good in your hands. The threads are decent, I don't feel I have to worry about the lid coming open and spilling anything.Paw print on the side is clean with no blemish.There was some minor discoloration inside the lid, I attribute this to the manufacturing process.Overall it is a good urn for the price. I will order again as needed.

This is a very nice, quality urn. Very sturdy and the top is very secure. I’m returning it, only because it was too small. I’ve purchased the next size up, which will be perfect. Just for your reference, the X-small was not big enough for my little chihuahua. He was 4-5 pounds. He was normally 5 pounds but had lost some weight when he got ill. If your pet is less than 4.5 pounds or you’re dividing remains, this one will probably work for you.It’s so hard losing a pet. But ensuring he’s with me in a beautiful way helps me smile at the memories we made together.

I got this for my old cat who passed recently. I wanted a real urn for her because a box and plastic baggie didnt do her justice. This was a cheap, reasonable price for this urn. It is metal and fits her ashes perfectly (I got the small), perfect for a cat:(. It did have some silver on the top chipping but i dont mind because the rest was fine.
