I needed a ball-stop system for a combo soccer / golf pitch on our property, and didn’t want it to be hokey 4x4 posts, etc.. I first got a quote from SportsEdge, a US company and it included 4” aluminum posts but was twice the cost of this NetWorldSports system and 3x the lead-time.This system arrived via international shipping from Liverpool(?) in under 2 weeks and is very professional. Custom extrusions, easy to mount rope cleat & pulleys, 3ft deep aluminum sockets to set in concrete, rope with clasps. Totally pro.I ordered the 12ft (above ground) height which was 2 pole segments each, and they shipped me the 21ft pole kit at no extra charge (3 pole segments each), so I have extra pole segments and hardware. They must have ran out of the 12ft kits and had to fulfill per Amazon’s fulfillment terms. In general, extremely pleased with how it turned out. Not cheap, but not a rip-off either. Total cost, including paying for hole drilling & concrete setting, hardware, is about $3k for a 70ft length at 12ft high with 5 poles.Constructive feedback: packaging design was horrible / non-existent. They should at least use double-flute corrugated. One of our 5 boxes (pole kits) spilled open and was delayed a few days. I requested a missing box of hardware and NetWorldSports had it to me on under a week via international expedite. Quick & professional customer service through Amazon online.Random details: instructions are easy to read and in general there’s it much to the assembly. The instructions could use more details / options about how to secure nets, as that’s the most difficult part. See our photos. We’re using 6” or 9” elastic ball clasps on the end poles. At the bottom, the poles have a net clasp, which is just a half-rope-cleat shape you can hook the bottom net rope onto. We didn’t find it useful, as we probably set our sockets a couple inches too high in the concrete. Instead, I bought 1/8” vinyl coated cable from Home Depot and weaved it through each bottom section, secured to each pole/socket via a drilled hole and 5”L eye bolt. The weight alone keeps balls from rolling under, even with slack. One segment droops more because we hung heavier golf direct-driving net. So I plan to string more vinyl-coated cable across, and hang the net from that. Our post holes are only 12in x 4ft deep and they seem to be strong enough. Our shavings between poles is 20ft and 15ft.
