This product was sent and doesn’t work. Replacement was not offered or suggested. No need to send it back. Where the batteries are to be placed- spring on one side and the other side was a partial spring. Not even a silver plate that is in all the remotes I have. I have never seen anything like it. Would not have given it one star at all but you can’t review the purchase without giving it at least one star.
