I have an Alluravision NEFL74CHD-1 and a dog who chewed the remote. I tried ordering a couple spare replacements from a store, who was supposed to special order them from the manufacturer. After a month passed with no word, I reached out only to find that the manufacturer couldn't say when they would actually ship. No idea what the issue was, but I found THIS remote here on Amazon. The price was slightly higher, but it was in inventory. I thought it was an OEM part.Turns out, this is actually NOT an OEM part, but... in my opinion, it's better. From the front, it looks nearly identical — this one shows the model number at the bottom instead of the Alluravision logo, but the button icons and layout are otherwise exactly the same. The remote overall is thicker, but that's because this one uses two AAA batteries, instead of the single coin battery used in the OEM remote. That higher capacity means more time before battery replacement is necessary. It also includes a little wall mount (which I won't use, but it's nice that it's included for those who would). All of the buttons were fully functional, behaving exactly as expected. The downlight button is indeed present (bottom center) and works perfectly. I only mention that because there is another product currently available on Amazon that claims compatibility with this fireplace model, but doesn't have the downlight button at all.No pairing or programming was required. The batteries were not included, but I popped in a couple AAA Duracells and it operated the fireplace immediately and without issue. Even the range is better than the OEM remote (my chewed-up OEM one is ugly, but it does still work, so I was able to test/compare).So, if you're looking for a legit replacement for the Napoleon Alluravision W660-0210-SER, this is the one to get. I ordered two, just so I'd have a backup.
