Fits well. Stopped my mower from leaking. Just a word of warning for zx5400 owners, do not drive the seal all the way up in the housing. I had to buy two as I messed up installation the first go around. If its driving fully up into the housing, it goes passed an oil pathway, thus oil just seeps out of the block. Only drive it up enough where the seal is flush with the housing.
