Just got the straps today. Super comfortable to use. Creating my custom strap was easy. I got my order 10 days sooner than expected. This vendor is an American based company. I am very happy with my straps. I Highly recommend switchband straps.

I had an issue with my original order, called the customer service # and left a voicemail. Within 15 minutes I received a call back and had the corrected order on its way. Great customer service, and so far, I am loving the product. Seems well stitched and durable, true to color/ pattern. It's functional, easy to velcro around my case and won't leave a residue. I have small hands, so it definitely helps secure a large smart phone in my grasp. It keeps my phone slim and doesn't catch going in my pocket like a pop socket or some of the other ring holders.

Love the idea, but not universal as it says. I have the Google Pixel 8 Pro, and a somewhat bulky case and the straps are too short to use. To troubleshoot, I switched to a more slim, silicone case and I can stretch the velcro straps JUUUUST enough for some overlap to ensure it doesn't just rip undone with the slightest effort. But because I had to stretch it so far, it's causing the silicone case to bow out where the band sits and pulls through. I even tried sliding the band through different holes of the case to get a better angle but it's all for nought.Bummer, because it's very comfortable and a more slim option than the finger grip I was using before. Therefore, good product but falling short. If they can offer slightly longer Velcro straps then this would be perfect for the larger phones/bulkier cases on the market.

The strap attaches securely to the phone case, and has the correct amount of flex to use one hand to hold the phone. It lays flat to easily slide into a pocket.

If you find yourself without a phone mount while driving and using a map app- put your phone on the back of your (screen of phone facing you) -and slide your ring and middle finger into the strap, then put your hands on the steering wheel. The phone will rest on your hand in horizontal view while you drive (on either hand.) if you put your middle finger and index finger through the strap in this position.- the phone will rest on your hand in vertical view.I am surprised at how well the strap holds up, it also washes very well. Another thing I like about it is that I have a stick on card case I keep on the back of my phone, and the strap offers extra protection to keeping that in place and nothing falling out of it. I’ve got a couple different designs and I like them both. A very well designed and crafted product.
