PLUG IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. MOUNTING HOLES DO NOT LINE UP. AFTER MODIFYING THE FACTORY PLUG TO MAKE IT FIT, THE ACTUATOR DID NOT WORK. JUST PURE JUNK. STAY AWAY

Do not buy this thing for your Isuzu NPR with a 4HK1 engine. The 3 holes drilled and tapped on this actuator our seriously out of spec, I cannot get all 3 bolts to hold on the inside of the turbo. When they drilled and tapped the holes, they drilled them off center so they don't line up in the OEM bracket. Also, forget even trying to plug this actuator in. The plug will not clip into the actuator. The actuator is too fat and the plug will not slide over. Stay far away!
