I purchased this hammer drill because I have two other ones that I bought a few years ago. My mistake was that I did not use the drill for a period of time. I used to drill for one time and went back to use it again and it would not start. I would be very leery of a renewed item from this seller. I tried to purchase parts from Ridgid to repair. Couldn't find parts to repair. I would stay clear of this renewed item. RIDGID R8711

This drill arrived a day early, looks looks absolutely brand new, I took it to work and put it to the test and it functions beyond my expectations. 5 star seller with an excellent product!

Very good drill for small projects. I was expecting something much less powerful but this little gem has the torque of a larger drill but much less weight.
