Bought this a little over a year ago and the motor just burned up on it. For warranty replacement I have to pay to ship it to:RIDGID Factory Service Center321 Sumner St.Elyria, Ohio 44035Which is about $80! They evaluate it say it’s normal wear and tear and charge me to ship the broke one back to me because it’s not covered under the warranty!

Unboxed the RidGiD RT 14000 and started to assemble it and there were two left rear axle feet in box . A left an right are needed on account the holes line up to put the axle through. It really brings to light the Quality Controll at RidGiD.Tomorrow I will call them and see what happines. It took me weeks of looking through the big hardware stores and on the internet.I picked the Ridgid and bought it and had the delivery coinside with a project. Failed project due to Emerson/Ridgid Quality control.Makes me wonder what other problems I might encounter. One

Great power and maneuverability picks up all kinds of construction debris. Large canister will pick up tons of debris and water before the need to empty. Well built and well worth the price!

The vacuum does follow great as you vacuum but sooner or later you have to put the machine back where you got it and it is terrible to back up. It does have great suction and is very quiet for a large shop vac.
