Story of RitaStephens
RitaStephens is a small business established in 1978 by husband and wife team, Rita and Stephen. They started their business in the suburbs of New Jersey, with the aim of providing an exceptional customer experience.
As their family and business grew, RitaStephens moved into the diamond district of Manhattan while maintaining their customer-first mentality. They take great pride in being able to provide quality fine jewelry for the special occasions in your life.

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper to enhance the durability of silver.
Sterling silver is lightweight and very comfortable to wear. Hence, the popularity with silversmiths and consumers.
All of our sterling silver items are properly stamped 925 and also checked for quality and craftsmanship.

Wear and Care
- Sterling Silver does tarnish over time especially when interacting with moisture in the air. Hence, when not wearing jewelry it should be kept in a pouch inside a closed box.
- To clean jewelry soak in a warm solution of mild soap for about 10 minutes and then scrub with a soft tooth brush and rinse with warm water and then dry.
- Specially treated cleaning cloth as well as cleaning fluids for jewelry are available for purchase and use on the internet
- Always take off jewelry prior to bathing, showering, sports activities and sleeping to avoid any damage
- Silver is a soft metal and tends to scratch when rubbing against hard surfaces and it must be avoided. Therefore, each piece needs to stored separately.

This 11 inch (approximately) anklet in a "figaro" style may be carefully adjusted smaller because of the style of the Figaro links; however, the clasp is very small so it's not as easy as with other Figaro style chains. While seeking the silver stamp, I discovered numerous other stamps along with the "925". There is also a round logo-style stamp which may be a rose or maybe it's not; can't tell with my magnification because it's very small. There is a "p.lux" stamp and an "Italy" stamp.The anklet is packaged in a gift box. Inside the gift box is a dessicant packet, which may easily be removed, and the chain is inside a very small resealable plastic bag. This ankle bracelet is pretty oversize for me, but it is lovely and stamped 925 in numerous places.

This 925 sterling silver ankle bracelet from Italy is a 10" bracelet with a lobster claw lock.The bracelet has a figaro link style and the appearance is shiny.The fit is good for an ankle bracelet.I'm happy with the quality and the appearance.
