Made by Tantric Inc. The stator does its job, however--- the wires thru the grommet aren't sealed- I am on my 3rd attempt to keep oil from leaking out thru the wiring.. $12 per gasket, $14/qt oil (4.5 qts) each time, plus hours of labor.. Three times so far... Seller is not helpful in resolving (didn't expect them to be though).
