Pretty disappointed that the titanium coated sphere does not look like the picture; my sphere is almost completely void of color. It is dark colored, lacking the rainbow effect I was expecting. It was to be a gift but instead will be placed in my flower garden.

Oh wow. I am so disappointed. I should have read more carefully. I didn't realize this was 1.5" x 1.5". It's the size of one of those little bouncy balls you could get in a gumball machine. Plus, there are very few open spaces in the rock, so it just looks like an almost-smooth ball.The stand is also eally cheap looking.I got this to give as an anniversary gift, and now I'm embarrassed to give it.

Keep in mind that the picture is probably the best possible version of this sphere. The one I received has hardly any exposed crystals. The few exposed crystal areas are small, but pretty. It's a natural product so I did not expect an exact replica of the picture, but something close would have been nice. I kept it because I am only using it as a place holder for a board game.
