Excellent rolling pin. I am not going to use this for food, I am using this to roll clay with and it works great. I like that after I use it with clay I can take it to the sink and wash it off. This rolling pin is the perfect size if you are using it to model flat pieces with clay and I see no reason why this would not work in a kitchen also. The rolling pin is not big it is about 1 inch by 10 inches maybe so it is not good for rolling bigger things.
