These swatters are completely useless. The head is made of some sort of soft plastic that just flops over, or flops backward when you swing through the air. It is impossible to kill a fly with one of these things.

This comes as two pieces the handle and fly part. The fly part flops over when you hold the swatter up right. I won't buy it again and will be buying a different type.

Material is very flemsy and when swatting at a fly, will not even come contact. Handle broke! Not recommend!

I thought this was a good price to pay to have a swatter in every room this summer, and they look like they will hold up well, being flexible plastic and rubber. But I've used them for awhile now, and I notice that the floppy swatting surface bends backward in the air and takes a moment to straighten out and reach the target. It's very frustrating - 9 times out of 10, the fly escapes. At this point, I am certain the lag time allows the fly to hear the whoosh of the web coming at him and flit away. I know for sure that my aim is not that bad, so it can only be the swatter.
