Well constructured. This up/down door is MUCH better than side opening door which was always getting stuck. Been running tjis one for 5 months now. Zero issues. Highly recommend.

I didn't waste money on a cheap door and went straight to this one. I'm glad I did. It works consistently and doesn't fail to open or close on time. We had one bad ice storm and I had to clean out the stick ice to get it to open one time. Even with that, it hasn't let me down in our harsh Michigan winter weather. I can count on my chickens having access to their coop and feel confident to go away for a few days and know my girls are safe.

Great door. Easy to install. HOWEVER. Red heat lamps will not allow it to close. During a cold snap I turned on a heat lamp. The light showed out the door a bit. The door would NOT close. I would manually close it and the door would open in the morning as advertised.

We installed this door on our chicken coop & it is money very well spent. It is programmable to opening morning & closing at dusk.

I was purchasing the eternal that was programmable by app. Well it’s absolutely not programmable by app as all the reviews state. They are advertising their Bluetooth model but when you receive it it will not say Bluetooth on it. I ordered one returned for the wrong one again so I’m out

Have had the product for a month and the door works well. We watched the door close on the one chicken that likes to sit on the door at nightfall. Fortunately, the safety mechanism works and allowed the chicken to remove itself from harms way and the door closed after. While the price seemed slightly more expensive than other options, it would appear that you get what you pay for.

Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe. Nach nicht einmal einem Jahr löst sich die Farbe von meiner Tür, und anstatt eine Lösung anzubieten, fordert der Kundenservice täglich neue Videos. Ich soll die Tür immer wieder zerlegen, und die Anforderungen werden immer absurder. So etwas geht gar nicht! Werde wohl oder übel den Amazon-Service einschalten.
