Arrived ripped open and halfway out of the box. Was damaged and the compressed wood was extremely cheap/moist it just fell apart as we put it together- the screws wouldn’t hold.

I am very disappointed with Safco, Amazon, and this product. I ordered 7 pieces of these Safco Products and 5 of the 7 came delayed and shattered, including this whiteboard. Upon receiving this product and noticing that it was broken on all 4 corners, I had to repackage the heavy box and carry it outside for UPS to pick up and return. That happened a week ago. I called Safco to see if they would replace it directly and they advised me that they don't deal with the public and referred me back to Amazon. Amazon received the package from UPS on the 5th of October but they are saying that their new policy states that they do not have to refund me for 17 to 30 days. So I am stuck without this product and without my money. DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!! - Go to an office furniture store instead.

Now twice I have been duped! Both Sellers only sent cabinet doors but no cabinet???? Not sure what the issue with this product but when you advertise Safco Products Medina Modern Office Storage Wall Cabinet with Wood and Glass Doors, 72"W x 20"D x 29 1/2"H, Gray Steel and only ship cabinet doors, there is a big problem.

Overall looks nice. Did have one small scratch on one of the panels but not too noticeable. One of the doors was missing a little screw to adjust it so it looks a little bit off. Other than that it was pretty easy to put together. Took me about 3 hours by myself to get it all done.

It's a great and beautiful piece. It completed our conference room furniture which is from the same manufacturer and color. Relatively simple to build as long as you follow the instructions. Everyone that sees our conference room is impressed with the furniture. Great decision to buy this office furniture
