It includes a subjective score area and a bar code for easy tracking. This form is compatible with 888P, 888P+, and Scantron Score scanners. For detailed quiz analysis, it can be paired with the Item Analysis Form 9725.

These are teeny-tiny. I don't know if I can run them through the scantron machine which was my sole purpose of buying scantrons. Another case of "not reading the measurements accurately". I take some blame in my dissatisfaction...so I'm not sending them back!!!
