•SHIPPING: Guaranteed 2 day shipping, had it the next day... awesome.•PACKAGING: Packed so secure, it could have been a Faberge Egg in the box... awesome.•INSTALLATION: It was harder to take the old one out than to put the new one in. New unit was a perfect fit, came with new hardware and gasket, no problems... awesome.•QUALITY: Obvioulsy not as beefy and rugged as the OEM unit (which Ford wants $200+ for). The housing is a softer plastic and glossy black. I hit mine with a shot of matt black Krylon rattlecan paint and it looks much better... acceptable.•OVERALL. :Hey, it's a mirror for my work van. I only need it to be able to see and not get a ticket from the blue road pirates. I could give a $#!+ about the quality. For 30 bucks, I'll order another in 2 years if I have to... Satisfied!!!
