The part with the two 10mm bolts doesn't sit properly so you can't bolt it in after you do line up the pipe with the bracket holder (that isn't straight either) then tightening the rack and pinion bolt and plugging in the electronic harness. The last part is to line up the two 10mm bolts on the pump. But the problem is...Scitoo bent the pipe the wrong way the pipe sits adjacent to the valve cover without the holes lining up! Unreal! Soooooo the solution (unless they want to return it) to line up the holes is to PULL THE PIPE outward with the o-ring end in. The power steering pump has a little "wall" that you can use as a counter force so the pipe can pull out away from the valve cover. See picture. 3 stars for working (no leaks after bleeding), but not fitting as OEM and making my life harder. It took me an hour to figure out how to make this darn thing work. If it fit like OEM, I would have that hour of my life back. But it doesn't, so unless you want to return it for a different, more expensive brand, this is really the only way to make this part work.
