The replacement display panel shipped quickly, was packaged well, came with all the necessary tools, and works great. Saved well over $150 with this one over the replacement sold by dell.

I installed the screen just fine; however, they did not send the two adhesive strips for the screen bracket as advertised. I had to use cut 3m strips to mount it to bracket.Screen looks and works just fine. Easy install.EDIT: Received partial refund for missing strips.Did not get everything as advertised.

My Dell 5420 interal screen cracked. After researching different replacements and getting no help from Dell Warrenty. I decided to purchase this screen replacement. This was surprising easy to install!! I have absolutely no experience with taking apart my laptop screen however after watching a you tube video and simply connecting this new screen to my display port it freaking worked like a charm! I was truly surprised! I have had it for several weeks now and I haven't had any issues. Definitely worth the purchase and the clarity is perfect!

The screen works great. It was well protected when shipped, and the tools they give you are pretty nice qualityThe laptop I replaced the screen on was a 2020 Dell Latitude 5410No issues at all. Connected it in and it worked. I would recommend buying some double sided electronics repair tape for changing the metal rails off the old screen that you use to screw the screen to the body
