I ordered this sport to use for motorcycle camping trips. I wanted something small and lightweight and this product filled that bill. It weighs almost nothing and has been more that strong enough when I have used it for meals at home.

I love Sea to Summit products in general. They create some really interesting and beautiful gear. This ‘spork’ here, however, is absolute garbage. The two reasons for wanting any utensil in titanium is 1. High strength 2. Ultralight weight. I knew there were gonna be problems with this shabby little thing as soon as I pulled it out of the packaging. It’ll bend if you breathe on it wrong. When you bend it back it immediately snaps. This completely pointless spork offers no benefit whatsoever over any cheap plastic spoon or fork you can get for free at your local fried chicken fast food restaurant.

This has easily made its way into my backpacking kit. It's not great for tougher foods since the neck is somewhat easy to bend, but I've had no issues using it for camping foods. The fork prongs can also bend easily, but I haven't run into issuesThe coating makes this easy to clean, but it also needs softer detergents to clean so it doesn't get damaged

As a hiking/camping utensil this spork is incredibly lightweight and functional which can be paired with your EDC knife to provide the necessary eating utensils needed. It is as strong and durable as it is lightweight with it feeling stronger than my metal utensil set.I carry it in my EDC bag with a knife, fork, and spoon combo. I haven’t used the spoon or fork since getting this spork. The one downside is that it is short so if you have large hands you may struggle a bit with it.

I'm a backpacker, and a "weight weenie" to boot - one of those who weigh and consider every item in my pack in the effort to hike with the least weight possible. This spoon is clever from the viewpoints of size (yes, it's a shorty), material (aluminum), and multi-purpose (spoon and fork). Most of my meals are - add hot water and stir, and are typically in freezer bags. This spork is long enough to get into the containers and stir while rehydrating. It's lighter by several grams than my alternatives, so I'll score this as a win, and more weight out of my pack.

UPDATE 4/20/25: After further inspection/use and comparison to a previously purchased spoon from the same company, this spork is definitely not as sturdy or durable as the Sea to Summit spoon I already own. It's perhaps lighter than the spoon but far-less rigid. I'm afraid this is not going to hold up to repeated use as well as I initially thought. Rating has been adjusted from 5 to 4 stars. The perfect addition for any campout or backpacking adventure, the Sea to Summit spork lives up to its reputation as an excellent budget-friendly and trail-worthy utensil. Thanks to its short size, the spork fits perfectly in my tiny camping stove cookware set and, since it serves a dual purpose, there’s no need to pack both a fork and spoon. The “holes” in the spork that allow for lighter weight don’t compromise quality or strength at all, and they allow you to easily attach the spork to a backpack or other camping equipment.I do wish the spork included a small carabiner like the Sea to Summit spoon I already own, but that’s a minor quibble.Warning: be sure to hand wash these utensils. I put my spoon in the dishwasher and the detergent ruined the spork’s ANODIZED COATING(?) and likely decreased its lifespan.

I love Sea to Summit gear. Still have some of their ultralight compression sacks going strong a decade plus later and have also used their showers, some of their kitchen gear, etc. For me with this company it is never a question of quality, you know the quality will be top notch, but whether the price is worth it. The times I have hesitated to spend a bit more for the better gear I have usually regretted it. This is clearly designed for a lightweight backpacker or someone weight conscious in packing. It is ingenious, well designed, and perfect, for what it appears to be intended to be, namely a small, minimalist, light-as-possible utensil. It fits in my small metal cup with my ultralight stove and I can still put the lid on. Awesome, and I think this is probably the demographic it was designed for. I am a 6'4" Neanderthal with large hands. This was amazingly comfortable and I could truly eat with it. Even holding it sticking out a long way with only the tippy top tucked in my fingers it was still eminently usable. No spork this small is going to be as comfortable as fine silverware, nor strong enough to impale a vampire with, but it is frankly the Ferrari of sporks. I can't believe I wrote that sentence, LOL. It will be replacing my old Lexan spork. It feels as light as plastic but is metal. It is strong and fantastically light. The ridging on the outer edge of the handle adds significant strength, this is truly an engineered spork. Isn't the first world great? This spork will deserve a hallowed place with your aerographite camping chopsticks. The teeth are nice and strong and deep enough for true fork-like use, and could possibly double as a beard comb if you had to. After dinner of course.
