The product is well built but for my trailer the locking hook is to wide. I had to use the coupler, springs, and nit with my old handle.

I would give this a '5 star' rating, but it's hard for me to say "I loved it" when speaking of a couplet repair kit! On the other hand, it was absolutely what I needed to fix the hitch on my old farm trailer ... kept coming loose and dropping on its own!!!After a bit of shopping around and finding the "offer to fleece me" from NAPA, Auto Zone and other big names stores ... found this on Amazon with a great price. Delivered right on time ... installed immediately ... all is well.
