Absolutely loved these panties.They offered an extra level of seamless protection that I didn't realize I needed. The peace of mind of knowing I wasn't going to ruin a pair of pants or have an embarrassment in a store was amazing.The absorbency is something I feel comfortable using on day 3-4 until the end. I don't think they would work for a very heavy flow like mine on the first couple days.I really loved the thong style as it gave me no seams in any of my pants or shorts. It was also extremely comfortable and soft. The sizing is pretty much on point, I got an XL and it fit very well. Definitely worth it for the extra peace of mind.

Great for backup if your tampon fails, but obviously, don't rely on it solely for your flow days! I would treat it more like a really good panty liner since it's only a thong. Fits true to size and they're comfy.

Decently made, average thickness and stretch. I thought I'd try these out but the thong style is functional but not comfortable. Washes fine.

I’ve always been a thong devotee, going way back to high school, as I took ballet and didn’t want the dreaded visible panty lines. They’re still my daily go-to choice of underwear, even during my period, so I was excited to try these.The thong itself has a simple, utilitarian look that looks like the underwear version of a sports bra. The padding on the crotch isn’t too thick or uncomfortable, and the material is so unbelievably comfortable. The cut is fuller, and doesn’t cut into your hips should you wear your proper size. The only size available when I ordered was an XXL, when a L would’ve been my desired fit according to the size chart. My hips are 41” so sometimes I do wear an XL, never an XXL, but I still wanted to give these a try. They run large, so if you’re between sizes, I’d order the smaller of the two. I can’t wear these anywhere but home, and even then, they ride down my hips when I walk, so I only wear them when I’m in for the night and to bed.The absorbency is great! I always wear tampons with a liner or, on heavy days, a pad. I tested these overnight on day three of my period, when it’s still pretty heavy, wearing the thong and a tampon, and to my surprise, there wasn’t any leaking and I didn’t feel wet like I do most mornings. I wouldn’t use these as my sole form of protection during my period, except for the last day, but what a relief to not have to festoon a pad into my undies anymore! haven’t tried any of the period panties on the market until these, and I plan to get more thongs in my proper size, as well as boy shorts, if they make them.I am super pleased with the performance of this thong. They’re comfortable, absorbent and affordable. I highly recommend them.

Whatever your main period protection is, this is a great backup method that also works for when you're expecting it or tapering off at the end. I've purchased period panties from two other companies, and this is tied with the better of the two as far as comfort, functionality, and washability go. If it continues to work as well as it is so far, it'll become my favorite, because I prefer the "almost like tee-shirt material" feel of these to the obviously synthetic feel of the other ones. I know they both use synthetic material, but this one feels nicer. And the price is better than it is for that other brand.The absorbent panel of these panties is about as thin and absorbent as the nicer of the two brands I'd gotten previously - thin enough that it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a pad, but absorbent enough that I don't have to wear one unless I don't have anything else with me when the flow gets heavy. Because it's a thong, I wouldn't trust it as anything other than backup on a heavy day. There's just not enough absorbent material there for those days.I don't normally wear thongs very often, but these are the more athletic style of thong that are comfortable instead of the ridiculous kind. I'll be looking for this company's other types of panties, but I might order a couple more thongs, too. They work well and fit the way they should.

Fits as expected - true to US sizing. Comfortable. They feel seamless. Because they are thongs, and i am a spaz , i personally wouldn't trust them to be my only source of protection, so i can't speak to how much they hold on their own - but I have used them this week and they have proven themselves to be my favorite for added confidence on regular flow days. I have 3 pairs of thnx thongs and while they work as added back up, they have lace that twists at the hips and have rather rigid seams and the crotch feels a little stiff and were kinda expensive. Then i have 3 more pairs of a generic brand of thong that legit look and feel like a sumo wrestler's mawashi and they are also noisy and take forever to hang dry. The La LiVitas don't agitate in any way: they are smooth to the touch, are not thick, are not noisy - and they dry super fast when hanged , they look like regular day wear thongs, and the crotch doesn't feel weird against my skin. They protect against tampon leaks without having to wear a pad and that is what i need - I prefer these La LiVitas - these are my now go to. I tossed the other brands and will be getting more of this L LiVitas brand - don't waste your time and money on the other brands' period thongs
