I have voluminous medical records to keep track of for my spouse. This file gives me all the pockets I need to organize Doctors, hospitals, test results, everything important to have at hand. I would prefer clear tabs to be able to see writing on sticker inserts, had to use stickers on outside of tabs. (therefore will have to peel them off if subject content changes for various folders).Otherwise, love all the compartments & that it zips up to prevent papers from coming out of folders. Love all the different folder colors! Good quality product!

Great organizer for many documents

I'm going to leave my original review below but I'm changing it and I'm going to explain why. I have been using this for about 4 months now and it has not held up well. It looks nice but the zippers keep sticking and I've noticed the stitching in many places is frayed or starting to fray. Also, a few of the plastic folder divider parts have cracked.The first thing I noticed about these file folders is that it's very stylish and professional looking but also doesn't look boring like a brief case. It's quite large and fits a lot of files in it and because the folders inside are different colours you can colour code your paperwork. It also comes with coloured tabs, too. It's got nice stitching and feels like it is durable and of good quality, especially around the zipper and handle. I also like that it comes with a zippered pocket on the side so you can put something like your phone or tablet in it.

I love everything about this. The blue color and material are so attractive. I wish there were more totes and carriers in this material. The zipper is strong! I love this product!

This is a heavy duty organizer with plenty of space. It’s very sleek and professional looking. The sides are reinforced and the whole thing feels pretty sturdy. I also love the colors! I plan on using this to hold all our households important documents! I love that it has handles and just turns into a carrying case. The zippers are high quality too, would buy again.

I've been looking for some sort of file holder in which to keep important documents closer at hand than in a file cabinet in my office. This file organizer looked like it would fit the bill, which it does for the most part. It has differently colored pockets, divided into two sections of thirteen on each side of a clear divider. There are tabs that can be labeled as needed. For my purposes, I'm filing papers in the front thirteen pockets behind the tab and in front of the tab for the back thirteen pockets.I'm pleased with the features of this file organizer that I've mentioned so far. I'm making good use of it. It is perfect for what I need right now. I did take one star off due to way the organizer is made into an accordion file. The plastic bottom is folded into shape so stiffly that the papers I file in it get stuck on the upward side of these folds, making them stand as tall as the tabs and, thus,obstructing the tabs behind it. In order to unblock the other tabs, you have to put your hand down into the organizer to push the folded bottom out of the way, allowing the paper to drop into the trough portion. The plastic dividers and bottom seem sturdy enough, but I don't expect they will last very long with this kind of manipulation day in and day out.So, overall I like this accordion organizer, but I don't think it will be a permanent solution. It will do very nicely until it wears out and the plastic cracks. I may end up using it to hold tax returns and supporting documentation, which isn't something I would be pulling in and out on a daily basis. For that type of file storage, I think it would be great.
