Haven’t had this for very long but my grandsons do like it. The bushing where it slips into the base will ware out fast. Every time they use it, it wears that plastic bushing shreds into little pieces

We bought our product on 31 March 2022. It has been good but one of our seats is broken and we need a new one. The only way to contact by phone is to leave a message. We've left quite a few and there has been no response. If we can't replace a part, then we will have to buy a brand new one. If so, we won't order again from this company.

Grandkids are having a blast with this seesaw that swivels. Well built and should last a long time. Customer service is great - was missing a part and it was immediately shipped out. So far very pleased with purchase.
