Looks really nice but only lasted just over a year. 14 months, specifically, then the light failed.

I love this item super clean and sleek but after almost 3 weeks of working perfectly fine the one of the led lights went out and now I have to get it replaced or return the whole thing not happy about that hopefully I can just get a new led light to replace the old one.

This is very well constructed and easy to attach numbers with included glue. It works with 12-16vac doorbell circuit. That's not line voltage and it's not DC. The lamps are LED.

I was able to overcome all these things because I basically liked it, wanted a box with that finish, and had paid for it, so...1. The Plastic opaque sheet holding numbers is bright white. If you have off white trim, bright white does not go well at all. Picture of item is not accurate. Its not a soft warm sepia color as shown. It’s very white. So, i dyed it:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00U2IXJ9E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1This worked just enough to get the slight sepia color I wanted.2. It has a dark spot in the middle due to the lights being 2" apart facing away from each other. So, I lined the interior box and mounting plate with stick on mirror squares which worked well to make it look more uniformly lit:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RPBHM42/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=13. Its not LED and its not a warm light toneSo I swapped the bulbs out with low wattage, warm light, omni-directional 12-volt LED's with the same bulb base as the originalhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BGCDYLG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1I'm super happy with it now. But it took a quite a bit of MacGyver'ing :-)

Do not waste your money on this piece of junk, the seller advertised the plate with numbers and LEDs however I only recieved a blank plate with cheap light bulbs which are dimmer than candles

It looks nice, metal frame and backing plate. The white background is a blank plastic sheet and the black plastic numbers must be glued (included) onto it. The instructions offer no help on how to lay out the numbers so I had to measure each number individually in order to get even spacing while keeping it centered. Also, the online description says 18volts but the included paper work and box list it as 16 volts. I'm hoping the 18 volt transformer does not burn out the bulbs. The LED lighting is not a built in LED array as I had expected.. The fixture has the standard old style "wedge base" sockets that can use incandescent or LED bulbs. This unit came with 2 LED bulbs could easily be replaced with incandescent bulbs so I don't really consider this to be an 'actual' LED unit; it's more like an 'LED optional' . My rating is based upon the incorrect voltage desctiption and the glue on numbers that may be difficult for some users to get centered and lined up straight.
