It is easier to stitch in side a curve than outside the curve. The actual size of the template is closer to 6 inches long, as the Arc name references a arc cut from a 12 inch circle.

Description states it is a 12” arc - it is actually only 7.5”. That’s a big difference! I suppose if the arc extended to the bottom on each side, it might be 12”, but it doesn’t. Highly disappointed! I purposely bought this because I thought it was much longer than the others I found online. I guess they were more honest with the size.

The straight edge is approximately 6” & the arc measures 12”. Good quality. Great for quilting straight lines or curves

Ruler is 6", not 12". Something about fabric and a 12" arc. But it is thick, which is nice.

This ruler comes with a non slip tape.You must either have or have to buy the ruler foot specifically for your machine.It is good quality and I’m looking forward to using it on my next project.

This ruler was described as 1/4” thick but was less so I was not able to use it with my longarm. Fortunately the return process was easy.

I have been using the 12" Arc ruler for ruler work classes and designs. it works the way expected, had markings on the side so can be used as a ruler as well, can do straight stitching, or slight arc with this ruler.
