Fun colors—these work great as highlighters if you’re marking on paper where you can’t use water-based markers. The price is up there, and the smell is even stronger and sharper than normal pens of this brand. I still use them when I’m at conferences with glossy handouts.

The pens seem fine. I just didn't like that the pens came in a grey plastic bag, no original packaging as shown on the pictures. Therefore 4 stars...

I love Sharpies for dying fabric but the Neon on shoelaces... wow!! Iridescent under black light is so true! The colors just pop! We don't wash shoelaces often but I expect the colors to hold up as Sharpie ink usually does well after washing. I loved this so much, I bought 5 more packages.

So I actually used these sharpies for a shoe tie dye activity. You basically color onto a canvas shoe, as you would do paper, and you use a sponge soaked in rubbing alcohol to bleed the colors. These were perfect for it. The colors are bright and vibrant, they match the caps perfectly! I haven’t used them on paper but I’ll have to assume they don’t bleed easily because it took a while, and A LOT of 91% alcohol to get them to bleed on a canvas shoe. Overall, these markers deserve 5 stars because they match their description, are super vibrant and are beautiful. Might I add, after doing 4 pairs of shoes, they are still working fine and haven’t dried out!

JUST got them. They went down to a fraction of its original price in just hrs, so I jumped on it. Too good a deal to pass.I have only added them to my color chart. When I get some use out of them, I will update.UPDATE- Confused. Haven't tested all of them yet but did try to use the blue one. This one was super dark compared to another Neon Blue Sharpie I already had. I like the shade, but don't understand why the drastic difference. The two are on completely opposite sides of this shade's spectrum. Odd.???

I bought these specifically for the Pink one. I enjoy target shooting. My eyes have some age on them now so I can't pick up the front sight of my pistols or rifles as well as I used to. They sell these florescent colored replacement front sights for pistolsl and other firearms. Boy are they proud of them too. You can tell by the outrageous prices they charge for them. I simply colored in the white dot on one of my pistols with the Neon Pink Sharpie. It took a couple of "coats" but it turned out great. Friends asked me where I got my front sight and how much I paid for it? I couldn't help myself and spun a big ole yarn about it. They bought it hook, line and sinker! When I finally told them I just colored it in with a 99 cent Neon Pink Sharpie, it looked so good, at first they didn't belive me. Then they asked me where I bought the Sharpie. I realize this isn't a "normal" use for a Sharpie but hey, whatever works, Right?

I'm always on the look out for really bright, saturated neon colors. These neon Sharpies are exactly what I was looking for! I like to color with adult coloring books frequently, and I have so many different markers of all sorts, but Sharpies are always great. Of course, you do have to keep in mind they WILL bleed, and it's best to put another paper between the pages you are coloring and the next blank one or else it'll soak all the way through onto the next page.My only request would be that these colors come in the ultra fine tip as well because Sharpies do kind of bloom when they hit the paper, so you can think you're coloring exactly right at the line and it'll spread out a little, so I have to keep that in mind and keep a tiny bit of space before the edge. My favorite part about coloring with Sharpies, though, is the smoothness of the coloring. With most markers you can see lines where you've overlapped the color or streaks from the markers or whatever, and you get a lot less of that when using Sharpies. I do mix up the types of markers I use while coloring, but I always return to Sharpies, especially these neon colors. They are the best I've found!
