This is a great set of deodorizers. They fit well in boots and sneakers and the also have a loop on the end of each so if you want to hang them in a closet, you could. It also came with a cute little box cutter that I'll definitely get use out of, and a little thing that has adhesive that you could use somewhere to hang them up. You put these in the sun every month or so to recharge them and supposedly they're good for 2 years. I like that you can them just throw them in your garden because they're biodegradable. Nice products.

This is a review for the ZJSCXT charcoal shoe deodorizers (ASIN: B0D2KKR37K). The price was $9.99 when I ordered it. So far these aren’t doing anything to deodorize my gym shoes. I have had them in my shoes for about 48 hours and detect no difference in the odor. I see in the listing that it suggests exposing these to the sunlight for several hours to “activate the bamboo charcoal particles, which will be more effective.” It has been overcast and raining for days here, so I haven’t been able to try that. I’ll give it a shot when I’m able and update my listing if it makes a difference. Another annoyance is that the listing really emphasizes how big these deodorizer bags are and that they will fill your whole shoe and even boots. They even show pics of the bags poking out of the top of the shoe to emphasizes how big they are. I guess it’s sort of accurate if you wear a small shoe. The bags I received measure 8” long by 2” wide. So they don’t come close to “fully filling” my size 11 shoes. They fill it up about half way, and the width is too narrow to extend across the inside of the shoe. My favorite thing about this product is actually the cute little retractable utility knife shaped like a carrot included as a bonus gift. That thing is quite handy!

This product comes with 2 charcoal deodorizers that can be placed in my shoe or hung from the set of enclosed hangers. These are scent free and when placed in my work shoes they did a good job at eradicated the smell in my shoes. this product claims they can be recharged by laying them in the sun and will be good for 2 years. I feel the price point is average for what this product does.

These inserts are pretty good for maintenance to prevent shoe odor problems from getting too much worse. They're not a solution to deodorize shoes that already smell really bad. I own multiple shoes, so that I can rotate them and avoid wearing the same ones two days in a row. I take them off as soon as I can when I get home. I spray them inside with a little deodorizing spray, then the next morning I put a pair of this style of charcoal inserts in them until the next time I wear them. This routine has worked well for me. I leave these deodorizers out in the sun for a few hours to activate them first.

They’re easy to use—just pop them into your shoes or small spaces, and they start working. The unscented nature of the product is a big plus for me since I prefer not to mask odors with artificial fragrances. The idea of using activated bamboo charcoal to naturally absorb odors is great, and it’s nice to think I’m using a product that’s environmentally friendly. The design is also quite convenient. The inserts are long and filled with a decent amount of bamboo charcoal, which means they fit snugly into most shoes. They come with a handle design, making them easy to place and remove. Additionally, the little box opener included in the package is a thoughtful touch. However, I did find some limitations. While these deodorizers worked well for my moderately used sneakers and gym bags, they didn’t perform as effectively on older, more stubborn odors. I noticed that my work boots, which tend to get quite smelly after a long day, didn’t seem to benefit as much from these inserts. The odor was somewhat reduced, but not eliminated, which was a bit disappointing

ZJSCXT's deodorizing shoe inserts are made with activated charcoal from bamboo. The package contained one bonus adhesive plastic hook that looks like a citrus slice, one push-to-cut plastic box knife in the shape of a carrot, and two charcoal sachets with sturdy fabric loops for hanging. The sachets have no scent of their own. In the past, I've had charcoal deodorizers that have leaked bits of black soot everywhere, so I gave these a test over white paper. I'm happy to report that shaking, squeezing, and smacking these together produced no fallout whatsoever! The manufacturer states that these should be refreshed once a month in direct sunlight and discarded after two years of use. I like that they try to help reduce waste by suggesting that the user open the spent sachets and use the charcoal in a garden or potted plants before disposing of the casing. This set costs more than some others I've tried, but to be fair, they do contain more charcoal by weight than those similar sized items.

The two inserts work really well for shoe odors. I leave them in my sneakers overnight and by morning there’s hardly any smell at all. They also have loops so they can be hung in closets as well. I haven’t needed that yet but I imagine it would work since they work so well on the sneakers.

I used this on my sneakers and it seems to work well. The sneakers I used are the ones I take with me to the gym.
