This is a silicone cover for the Bose Soundlink portable speaker - not the speaker itself!I must say I was impressed with the thickness of this silicone cover and impressed at how well it fit all the way around the parts of the Soundlink. The Soundlink is a very nice speaker with great battery life - I'm very happy I ordered this to protect the unit from ding or scratches.Fitting it on is a challenge that requires some patience, but your patience will be rewarded by a fit that ends up looking like it was always there. In no way does it interfere with the sound of the speaker.There are markings you can feel to indicate where to press down to activate the buttons (black on black? How am I supposed to see that? I confess I made labels to identify which button was which.Also, I should point out this thing is a dust magnet. So adjust your expectations.The strap that comes with it is nice but I haven't used it. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with it. I don't expect to ever take it off!
