I was hesitant because of some other reviews, but pulled the trigger anyways. TO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SAYING IT FLOPS OVER, AFTER YOU TIGHTEN IT THERE ARE 3 SPOTS TO TIGHTEN WITH AN ALLEN WRENCH! I guarantee this is what they are missing. It also says to put it all together first before attaching it to the wall. Also, as far as the filter design, I had no issues. It gives a clear click when its all the way in. It took little effort to get it tight. If this is an issue for you you probably shouldn't be installing this yourself and call a handyman.I was expecting some leaks, as I only put thread tape on the first connection coming out of the wall, but when I fired it up not a single leak. I did not put on the "water saving tablets" and man does this thing blast! Its like a rainstorm in our little shower with both of these heads turned on. We got it so 2 people could shower at once without one suffering in the cold and there's pretty much nowhere you are safe from water in a standard bathtub size shower. You have to turn it to only one if you need a break. My wife loves it. My kids love it. This thing feels so good it almost makes me forget about my day at work!Only thing I would have added is a jet at the top of the wand head like some others have but that really isn't a big deal at all to me. The 4 settings it has are actually pretty nice (a misty kind of one, 2 shower variants, and a 4 nozzle jet sort of setting). We didnt realize how good our water oressure was until we had this thing. This is literally the perfect shower head.

This has made a huge improvement in my skin and scalp! If you suffer from itchy or dry skin, or if you live in an area with high mineral content, get a shower head with filter!! Life Changing!!!I also love love love the rain shower head - it feels luxurious! Includes the wand so you can bathe the pups indoors. :)

I had been shopping specifically for something that would extend my shower arm up and the last time I purchased a shower head and arm, we could only go up so high, but it did the trick. I decided to do another check and found this contraption! it’s definitely a whole system, but we finally have a rain shower! in a rental! so awesome and the best part is that it’s totally removable.for functionality — water pressure is good overall and the system functions as it should. they only thing I don’t love is how much plastic the pieces have. my metal shower head is pretty corroded however, so I’m hoping that the plastic will actually function well overtime.we didn’t install the filter since we literally couldn’t get the screw cap loosened.

Fantastic rain shower. The filter was a little difficult to install and instructions were scant. My dad helped me install it. The handheld sprayer is good but the mounting is up high and sprays me in the face. So, I mostly use the rain-shower head.

I’m not sure why so many people have a problem installing this. It’s pretty straightforward. I will say there is a design flaw, but more importantly, a safety concern.Once the filter is attached, I would recommend no children around when you turn on the water. If it’s not seated properly and securely, that thing shoots out and is pretty hard and heavy. This could be harmful if someone was hit by it. The pressure of the water pushes the filter at a pretty High rate of force. More details about the filter… It comes with a cover that you can keep on if you do not wish to use the filter. If you decide to take the cover off, it needs to be twisted counterclockwise, and it helps to use needle nose, pliers to pull it off. I pulled each side at a time to get it to evenly pop off. To install the filter you really need to forcefully push it all the way in and give it a good rotation so that it sits properly. When turning the water on I recommend slowly turning the water on being certain that both the rainfall head and the handheld is on. This should help with a little of the all at once pressure that will shoot the filter off. Then you can slowly turn the water on making sure that the filter is in place.Other people have mentioned this design flaw and I agree. The handheld is not able to rotate facing down. This means that you have a constant spray right to the face. If you wish to have any part of you not in water during the shower then this is not the shower for you unless you have a huge 3+ person walk-in shower. The shower head is large and the spray takes up a lot of space. For example, at times I would like to just wash off and not wash my hair. You will definitely need a shower cap. If you want to wash off and not wash your face, I don’t see how this is possible. That being said, the amount of water is great if you want to just get in the shower off your entire self for every shower. I did not use any of the regulators and I am impressed with the pressure. In my opinion, this is for a very large, or extra extra large shower. I believe my shower is just too small for this.
