This is fantastic. Previously bought one from another company and it was made of cheap plastic and broke before Christmas and my tree fell on the floor. This one is made of metal and it was such a hit this holiday!!! Highly recommend!!

I can’t begin to explain how frustrated with Amazon I am!!! I waited 13 days to get this tree stand, for reasons unbeknownst to me, when it was 35 mins away at the warehouse in Nashville. To make matters worse, it worked for all of 30 mins then just quit working completely. I set it up. Plugged it in. Turned on the music (speaker is on bottom) and went upstairs. When I came back down the lights were off. No music. No rotation. Nothing. My son said it made a noise and just quit. Really disappointed bc it cost almost $100. If it had continued to work I would’ve given it 5 stars. Loved the remote and the music although it seemed to only play “we wish u a merry Christmas” remote had dimming options for the lights, vol control for the music and several light pattern options and a timer.

I bought this back in September and put my tree in it before the end of November. I've had it on for hours at a time everyday with no issues. Everything works great and there is no noise. This stand is made well and very sturdy. I only wish it would rotate at a slower speed or if I could adjust the speed to my preference. Other the that it's perfect.

Ordered it from reviews. My tree is a 5ft tree and it barley fit in poll. It worked beautifully for 2 days and now on day 3 it makes clicking sounds non stop.

UPDATE: I have had the tree up for 2 weeks now and it is on (rotating) about 6 hours a day. It is now making some noise but as of last night it is making a very loud knocking sound and "clunking". Unfortunately, you are not able to turn off the rotation and still have the lights on without bypassing the stand. It is past my return window now, plus it would be a nightmare to take down the tree and redo it and I don't have another base to swap out so I could send this one back. I am so disappointed.This is my 4th rotating Christmas tree base over 15 years. This one is very sturdy! A metal base with locking pins. The motor is completely quiet and smooth running. No hitches or twitches. I am so pleased with this find.

UPDATE: It worked for 10 days then stopped. Not happy! Will be returning it.Tree works great, very quiet, but wish I could slow it down just a little - it spins a bit fast. Overall though, seems to be a great product. Just got it today, so will revise my review if any problems arise.

Update after about a week: Device is now making clicking noises, stopping, then jerking as it starts back up.We will return the item. It’s a shame this item started misbehaving. I was hoping it was going to be a good quality product.As best I can tell, ALL of the other rotating bases are made of cheap madeinchina plastic. They will allow any tree taller than about 4 feet to lean in one direction, despite your trying everything you can to stop that from happening.This product is made of metal and is well built. Spend the extra money and get a quality product.
