Pues lo acabamos de armar pero no esta tan maciza como pensabamos se tambalea al hacer unas series.Para una mujer siento que estan muy bien pero para un hombre pues solo k no quiera meterle demaciado peso. Vere si me quedo con ella o no estos dias k la pruebe mas.

I love this machine! Converted my dining room to a gym! Buy without hesitation! Been going to gym for 20+ years. Wanted to start working out from home. Putting together was a breeze. I put it together all by myself! Love the video demonstration on how to put together. Trying to keep muscle mass after menopause! This system allows me to do so. Staying fit and healthy with muscle mass while aging is important to me.Thank you for offering this awesome machine at an awesome price!!

I have used a Smith machine for years and needed to move my equipment to a tight space in my basement. This machine fit that need. The assembly was straight forward and possible for just 1 person. 2 would speed the process but I actually did it alone. The equipment is of high quality and gives me all I want in a weight workout. The absolute best thing was my interaction with their service group… they go out of their way to take care of you. If you have been considering trying this machine or possibly other products they carry, I’d say do it now! Maybe that’s why they call themselves DONOW??? Anyway,, glad I did.
