Works as advertised. Easy to install. I didn't even need to use the remotes since the lights work perfectly right out of the box for my purposes. Dusk to dawn, automatically turn on and off and the motion detector is already set. It's a little tricky to install the bracket after the lights are put together, but on the other hand it is difficult to adjust the angle of the lights after the mounting bracket is set. Ultimately either way works.

We put this light up about 2 weeks ago and it's been nice.It's very responsive to movement as will even pick up some moving limbs on our trees. The light source is good, not great. During the night, it lights up the side of our house that needs security well. It's just not quite as strong and the listing suggest. It's very functional and seems to have a nice long charge, even when there hasn't been a ton of son.Installation was simple enough. The light unit is super solid, but the base that holds it together is plastic and I'm afraid could crack in really windy, snowy weather. Shouldn't be too durable over season after season. They just need a more durable base. Maybe polymer or lightweight metal. 4 stars.

Still having a difficult time adjusting the timing using the remote control. As of right now it’s set on motion detectionWhich we really wanted it set for four hours and still unable to change with the remote.( re-read simple directions ). It’s very bright and does cover a broad area. It does go on even at the range of 15 ft.May scare night critters from coming into the yard- we’ll be okay with it as a motion detection.Again, it’s very bright- it can blind you if you don ‘t place it high enough or angle it away from pathways.

I guess there's good and bad about these. The good - they are bright and easily activate for motion detection. The bad - no USB to recharge, they must be recharged using light which isn't always available. They don't last long even with a full charge (via all day bright sun light). I'd say they lasted about 2-3 hours at night. I found the best way to use them is by turning one off until the other ran out of battery then toggle the other on. So I needed both to light one area while we camp. I just wish they included another way to recharge them. Again - they are bright and work fine. Just deal with length of usable time and the need for sunlight to recharge
