I’m very pleased with the brightness. I like the individual solar light better than a string of 3. I’m happy with them.

Installing these ALFIOT Solar Powered Spotlights was like flipping a magic switch for our home’s exterior — seriously, it changed the whole vibe overnight! I love that you can easily switch between warm white, cool white, or a cozy in-between glow depending on the mood you're feeling, and the brightness settings are perfect for anything from soft ambiance to full-on driveway runway lights. Setup was a total breeze with the option to either stake them into the ground or mount them on the wall, and they feel super sturdy, even after a couple of heavy rains. Plus, the auto dusk-to-dawn feature means I don’t have to remember a thing — they just come on like clockwork and make everything look straight-up magazine-worthy. If you want to add instant charm and security to your yard or home without touching your electric bill, these little lights are pure gold!

Summary:Really nice spotlights for accent or small areas such as a wall or a small section of a pathway. Durable and good solar battery life to get through the night.Note:There is more than one version of this product. I have the three color mode, but that is an incorrect description. There is a RGB version, which is three colors. However, in this case three color mode is actually three modes of light: Warm, cool and natural. If you want RGB, ensure you order the correct version. The Good:- Incredibly easy to use; came with a ground stake option as well as a wall mount kit.- Easy to follow instructions.- Lasts all night long, when fully charged, at highest brightness. Both in my 2-pack lasted over 9 hours. The Bad (or not so bad in this case):- This is a spotlight, not a floodlight. I'd say at best expect 10' of useful narrow beam illumination.- One review said it is a floodlight not a spotlight, that is incorrect (as indicated in the product description). A Floodlight covers a wide ares while a spotlight (which this is) is a a narrow focus to highlight specific objects or small areas such as a wall.- Due to the distance limitation, even on the brightest mode expect, as mentioned above, at best perhaps 10' of light.- Not as bright as I'd hoped for; however, realistically you can't have extra super bright that lasts all night long as it is solar powered.- Something that would reduce all night power consumption, and allow for brighter illumination, would be a motion activated option. That isn't an option (on this product), just a recommendation. I guess it all depend on your use scenario.I am very happy with these and I'll buy more; however, in certain areas I'll probably find a product with a motion activated option.

This is a very cool solar light. In the very compact box is the top unit, a ground spike, a wall mount and screws, and an instruction sheet in several languages. This light is different from others I've used. The solar panel is a large area, about 3.5x5 inches. Peel the protective film before use. (I also "paint" mine with clear nail polish to assist in durability and cleaning, but this one looks quite durable.) The device arrived with enough power to test the functions, so you can set it up before you install it. On the back are several buttons, depending on if you have the color or white tones version. The side with the single button is the on/off button, so you can leave it off until it's party time. On the other side are buttons to change the colors of the lights. There are 2 on the colored version. One button changes the internal set of leds, RGB or off. I haven't been able to tell how much these change the overall colors when testing it in a dim room, but they do add some depth and brightness. The other button is the main led colors. Red, yellow, orange, green, magenta, and a pale blue that can work for white, and 2 speeds of color changing for that party vibe! The wall mount has a slot where you can slide the attached mounting post in, so the light can still be removed and hand held or put on the ground spike. The spike is not overly long, maybe 4 inches, but the mounting piece on the head part adds another few inches of height. The light looks like it should tilt, but it's quite stiff upon arrival, so I might spritz it with graphite or oil to loosen it a bit. Although it being hard to move also means no sagging light. The head unit is a good weight for a solar light, not cheap feeling at all. The throw on the light beam is diffuse, not a spot light. It lit up a 20x20 room with color but wasn't danger bright. I could see the light another 10 feet away into the hall. The light could fet brighter with a full day's charging, but even if that is all, it is a very good amount of light from a wide beam of color leds. Imagine a few of these, cycling through the colors at different times and speeds. That would look really cool! The paperwork indicates a one year warranty, so I would hope the lifespan is at least that long. Most solar lights I've had do last for years if they work on receipt. Battery life is, of course, dependent on use. Using the color change function will shorten the duration of the battery, and not being in full sun for charging will reduce charge. We have charged solar lights under light bulbs with good success. I will enjoy this excellent solar light, and will probably buy more for front and back yards, and for friends who need a good solar light.
