I ordered this for my children's outdoor play-space. We attached it to our wooden fence and the kids absolutely love playing with it. Being that we live in very hot and sunny Texas, I put it in an area that receives more shade as most outdoor plastic items don't last long here. These chalkboards are holding up well and clean up easily with a wet cloth. While this is on the pricier side, it's a great option if you're looking for a durable, outdoor chalkboard.

While a bit thinner and more flexible than I expected, these are still plenty sturdy enough for outdoor (or inside) use. They come with a couple different mounting options - zip ties through the pre-punched holes, or double sided foam adhesive to stick to walls. You could also use screws if you wanted them to be extra secure.Though they are rated for outdoor use, we elected to hang ours under an awning to give it as much protection as possible and prolong the life. UV light from the sun is likely to fade the colors and wear these out much quicker than if they are in a protected area. Chalk works well on them, and they are easy to clean off with water. This chalk drawing board was easy to install outside and it keeps our little one entertained for a long time. It's very high quality and has lasted no issues at all.

Mom's classroom has been using a caterpillar theme for various things for a while and this is such a cute addition to their decorations. It's MASSIVE, though!

This is a cute chalkboard set for kids. We put it up at the preschool where I work, hanging it on the playground fence. It's basically corrugated plastic with a chalkboard front, so it's holding up well to being outdoors. It was easy to hang up, and it's super lightweight so it's not pulling on the fence at all.
