After purchasing the product, I kept getting Jams over and over, even with a single piece of paper.I tried lubing, the roller, cleaning all the others, but nothing seemed to work.It was rubbing on the side of its housing due to the pin being slightly shorter than the OEM. Eventually I placed a small stack of cut post it notes to the housing so the roller would no longer be able to move towards the housing.Once that was in place, it worked flawlessly.
