These are excellent shoes. I use them on my poling skiff for fishing. I am on my feet all day and these provide ankle support and comfort that is needed. Decent traction keeps them from slipping. They resist water though I have never really tested a submersion event in water or snow. Very well made. Materials are rugged yet comfortable. Lacing system is great. I would happily buy another pair.

I needed something that would be fine for middle school gym class & standing at a bus stop in the morning (not too long in WI) & keep his feet dry. He has worn them since fall and they still are together, not falling apart. He says they are comfortable & his feet haven't been wet (so far we have rain in WI) I think this is a win win on my end without paying VaNn price for gortex and growing feet.

My second pair. Husband has one as well, and loves them too. Great for walking, hiking, or driving. Perfect fit for someone with a long, narrow foot. As a size 12 women's, I love Sperry men's shoes because they are narrow, neat, and are not too "masculine"-looking for casual shoes. Never had a pair of Sperrys fall apart yet, either.

I got these because I needed a lightweight, weatherproof shoe to work in which to work valet. They did not disappoint. They’re light enough to run in but give me the protection and support I need in order to be comfortable in all weather conditions. They are not lined, so I would recommend using some warm socks in cold weather, but your feet will remain dry. Great pair of shoes!

These shoes fit fine once your feet are actually in them, but getting them on is difficult; the tongue doesn't flex nearly enough to comfortably slide an appropriately-sized foot into the shoe. The overall construction is cheap, using glue in place of stitching much of the time. The way the heel counter was attached on the pair I received was incredibly poor, which resulted in a cut on the upper portion of my right heel.I didn't find anything to like about these shoes once I actually had them.

I was skeptical, because I had never owned Sperry shoes. Got the shoes in navy color, fit was good (I have slightly narrow feet and the width was a bit wide, no complaints). There was a tiny piece of sticker or glue stuck to the toe by I carefully pried it off with a pocket knife and the shoes looked fine after that. Had to break them in over a few days. Now, they're very comfortable. The leather shows a little wear where the laces rub but that's pretty hidden. Sole is great, quiet, and comfy. I am seriouslu considering buying another pair in a different color.

First off, let's address the negative reviews.1. These are men's shoes, some of the information is incorrect. I highly doubt that this is deliberate, go to Sperry's website and double check styles. These are Mens.2. These are boat shoes, not ice shoes, hardly even a winter shoe, more of a fall/spring shoe. Might be too warm in the summer.3. The lack of arch support is a bonus for me. I've been buying shoes with less to no support lately for foot health. No more babying my feet in pathetic lumps of flesh.Personally, I love these shoes. I think they look great and feel great. They also seem very well constructed.

I've more or less switched from Clarks to Sperry for all my shoe and boot shopping. Price, fit, and quality are usually better, with the exception, perhaps, of traditional Clark's desert boot. I love Sperry because I can find women's size 12s. They can fit a bit narrow, but are usually very comfortable after break-in.

This is the first time a product actually looks better in person than a picture on Amazon and it’s a very comfortable shoe as well. I think this shoe was designed for people who like to wear skinny jeans, very good looking boot. The shoe only has a few negatives, and there very minor ones , for one shoe has very little arch support for people with flat feet so if you do have flat feet, you might wanna invest in some arch support insoles. Another negative is that it’s not a very warm boot so if you are going to wear this in the winter, you might want to invest in some warmer socks. I love these boots, and I’m thinking about buying another pair, maybe at some point.

These look nice but I've never had shoes that gave me foot pain just from a short walk. Insoles are very thick and uneven
